Tang Yin (Zhou You Tong) is an innocent naive girl who after a failing acting career decides to start afresh to travel to Jambudvipa Island (South Island) and become a surrogate shopper. However, all is not what it seems. Due to the popularity of the island and the tax-free and visa free policies in place there, it has attracted the attention of many criminal syndicates/ gangs who are looking to invest on the island due to the prospect of making an insane amount of money, and the secret war between the gangs and the police brewing there.
By accident, Tang Yin becomes embroiled in the war as well as meeting 2 different men who on opposite sides of this war, Jian Zi (Hou Ming Hao) who is a juvenile killer pick up and the handsome male police commissioner Li Yong Ji (Mike He). In the shadow of death, gangs and a variety of cases involving trade in the black market, will Tang Yin be able to pull through?

Another rather slow episode with all the jigsaw pieces just moving around in different corners. At least we now have the famous “decoder” and impressive 5mm black piece of plastic – duh ?. For the life of me I can not possibly understand how Tang Yin figured out this is the crucial decoder and not just a piece of insignificant plastic, but that is the improbable world of TV drama logic for you, leaps of faith a plenty.

Maybe she knew about that decoder when “Lian Pu”-the fake one kidnaped her and asked her where it was so she might have figure it out after being asked so many times that that little pice of plastic is the big stuff.

I think that maybe because she remembered Zhan Shi Li was hinting her by telling her to treasure the bracelet and that it is very beautiful and that Keke had touched the charm on her bracelet before she left. Although how Zhan Shi Li knew that the encoder was definitely in there, I’m not sure.

I thought maybe he just told her that because he knew it was special to Keke? So many secrets and hidden meanings in this drama. But it’s nice that they are slowly being revealed.

Like a magical officer Li’s car which changes from Mercedes to BMW… Of course he might have switched cars on the way but it doesn’t make sense to do so when you’re in a hurry. Nevertheless I loved the episode. So dramatic and emotional. Jian Zi’s ideals, his trust in the father and the family, being cracked. Perfect acting by Hou Ming Hao.
